We strive to provide our patients with an environment that is open, comfortable, and a fun place to be. When you leave our office, we want you to feel good about yourself. We employ our energy, focus and abilities to achieve this goal.
Since many of our patients are of school age, it is impossible to see all patients after school. We will make every attempt to accommodate your schedule, however, you may be required to alternate afternoon and morning appointments. Morning appointments may be required for placement or removal of braces or other lengthy procedures. If an appointment is missed, it is important not to delay rescheduling for a month just so you can have an after school appointment. This will unnecessarily lengthen treatment time and may have an adverse affect on treatment results. Each patient’s treatment is on an individual basis. Appointments may vary from 2-10 weeks apart.
Failure to cancel an appointment 24 hours in advance will result in a broken appointment charge of $25 that is not covered by your insurance.
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM- :00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM- 6:00PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM- 5:00PM
Friday: 8:00 AM- 3:00 PM
*office hours are subject to change
Loose or Broken Appliances
If a bracket or band breaks or becomes loose, please notify our office Arriving with a broken appliance without first calling may necessitate rescheduling in order to have time available to repair the damage. Continual breakage may cause a delay in treatment time.
To obtain the best possible result, it is important to keep regular appointments. Unsupervised orthodontics may cause harm to the teeth. The patient must follow the food list as directed. The gums and teeth must be kept clean to avoid cavities and permanent damage. Instructions for elastics and other appliances must be followed. If not followed, all of these items can cause a delay in treatment. If cooperation does not improve, we may choose to discontinue treatment. To successfully complete the treatment plan, the patient must work together with the orthodontist.
